Navi Mumbai: Cow forced to beg outside temple dies on road, FIR lodged at Vashi police
A mixed breed cow which was being forced to beg outside Swaminarayan temple in Vashi, sector 29, suddenly died on the road, while the handler ran away from the site. A social activist, Madhu Shankar, later lodged an FIR at Vashi police station, as she has gathered that several cows are similarly made to beg outside temples, which is animal cruelty.
