Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has scheduled an all-party meeting to discuss the one-time settlement scheme for high water bills. The meeting will be held at the CM's residence at 4 pm. Earlier, the ruling AAP had faced obstacles with the scheme, as the urban development secretary refused to present the proposal to the Council of Ministers.
