SP likely to name Jaya, Ramji Suman, Alok Ranjan for RS seats
All set to complete its PDA representation in Rajya Sabha, Samajwadi Party has decided to name Jaya Bachchan, party’s Dalit face Ramji Lal Suman and former UP chief secretary Alok Ranjan to the Upper House. SP’s PDA stands for Pichdre (backward classes), Dalits and Alpsankhyak (minorities). The party already has Ram Gopal Yadav to represent ‘pichrde’ and Javed Ali as ‘alpsankhyak’ of the PDA.
