Major Green Initiative: Maharashtra to Convert 5000 Diesel Buses to LNG
Maharashtra government will convert 5,000 diesel vehicles into LNG vehicles over three years to promote green transportation. This will reduce diesel vehicle pollution by 10%. The conversion will be done in six phases, with a provision for LNG fuel in 90 stations across the state.
