Minimum temperature in Delhi drops to 6.7°C, air quality deteriorates

Delhi woke up to a chilly morning with a minimum temperature of 6.7 degrees Celsius, two notches below the seasonal average. The India Meteorological Department reported dense fog in certain areas, affecting visibility. The city's airports, however, had relatively better visibility. The weather department has predicted dense fog throughout the day. Meanwhile, Delhi's air quality deteriorated, with an Air Quality Index (AQI) reading of 217, categorized as 'poor' by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
