Bombay HC issues notice to 14 Sena (UBT) MLAs, Speaker over non-disqualification plea
The Bombay high court issued notices to 14 Shiv Sena MLAs, Maharashtra assembly Speaker, and state legislature secretariat for non-disqualification of MLAs. The notice was issued on a petition filed by Bharatshet Gogawale, chief whip of Eknath Shinde led Shiv Sena faction.
