On Monday, the Bombay high court granted Nandita Saha and Radhika Nanda interim relief from imprisonment in a 2023 case of allegedly defrauding actor Vivek Oberoi of over ₹1.5 million. The actor claimed that the accused, along with co-accused Sanjay Saha, duped him into investing in an event and film production corporation with promises of substantial earnings, only to utilize the money for personal advantage. The informant's lawyer, Prateek Deore, requested an extension to file a response, and Justice Sarang Kotwal granted it till February 22.
