Gogawale petitions Bombay HC against Speaker's refusal to disqualify Sena (UBT) MLAs
Bharat Gogawale, the chief whip of Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena group, filed an appeal with the Bombay high court against Maharashtra Speaker Rahul Narwekar's decision of a petition to disqualify 14 Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) MLAs. On January 10, the Speaker declared the Shinde group to be the true Shiv Sena.
