Delhi is preparing for a grand celebration of Diwali in over 100 major markets on January 22, coinciding with the inauguration of Ram Mandir. The festivities are expected to generate business worth Rs 15 thousand crore in the city. Market associations, including the Chamber of Trade and Industry (CTI), are actively organizing special programs in retail and wholesale markets. Traders have unanimously agreed not to display any political banners or flags during the celebrations.
