This article discusses the efforts of Lucknow-based literary translators, who are often unsung heroes in the field. They play a crucial role in globalizing literary thoughts and bridging the gap between different cultures. Translators face challenges and biases in their work, but they persevere in enriching the literature of both languages. However, they often lack recognition and struggle to find publishers interested in translations, especially in Hindi. Despite the challenges, translators are finding hope in the post-pandemic world through social media promotion and increased visibility in seminars and festivals.
