Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will organise the International Kite Festival 'Patang Utsav' at Baansera, Delhi's first bamboo park. The festival will feature professional artists flying and displaying huge kites, along with cultural performances showcasing India's diversity. Baansera, developed in just six months, offers public spaces in the capital and preserves the rich biodiversity of the floodplain. In September 2023, LG had also inaugurated a musical fountain at Baansera, installed at one of the three water bodies.
