Delhi encountered moderate fog with a minimum temperature of 8.9 degrees Celsius, two notches above the seasonal average, according to the India Meteorological Department. Visibility at Safdarjung and Palam was recorded at 500 meters at 5:30 am, and relative humidity reached 100 percent by 8:30 am. Train services were disrupted with 14 Delhi-bound trains delayed.
