Fog causes poor visibility in Delhi-NCR, flights and trains affected

The Indira Gandhi International Airport was covered in dense fog, leading to flight delays. Rehearsals for the Republic Day parade continued despite the harsh weather. Areas surrounding Delhi expressed discomfort due to the cold weather. Strict instructions were issued to prohibit individuals below 18 years of age from driving in Uttar Pradesh.
