Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday hit out at PM Modi after wrestler Vinesh Phogat returned her Khel Ratna and Arjuna Award at Delhi's Kartavya Path. Rahul accused the PM of 'cruelty'. World Championship medalist Phogat returned left her awards in the middle of Kartavya Path after the Delhi Police stopped her before reaching the Prime Minister's Office. Phogat and others protested against the election of Sanjay Singh, a close aide of former WFI chief Brij Bhushan, accused of sexual harassment.
