Western Railway to commemorate 125 years of Churchgate headquarters building with month long celebrations
The Western Railway headquarters building at Churchgate is completing 125 years of construction in January. WR has planned a month-long celebration in January 2024 with exhibitions, heritage walks, release of Coffee Table Book, cultural programmes, etc. The building has retained its old heritage charm and beauty, with enhanced surroundings. An exhibition will highlight the rich past of the building and history of WR, open for the public. There will also be a Light & Sound show, Heritage Walks, release of Coffee Table Book, and a Mega Cultural Event attended by dignitaries.
