Captain Anil Gill, who was previously the director of flying training, could face disciplinary action if the allegations are proven. The complaint alleges that Gill took aircraft at nominal prices and rented them out to other flying training organizations in exchange for overlooking regulatory audits. This could potentially be the largest corruption scandal involving the DGCA in recent years.
