No Sharjah court relief for 'framed' DJ, family to appeal

Clayton Rodrigues, who was framed in a drugs case and sentenced to 25 years in jail in Sharjah, is now appealing to a higher court after his initial appeal was rejected. Rodrigues, a disc jockey, is believed to be one of the victims of Anthony Paul, who attempted to frame people he had a grudge against in drugs cases. The Mumbai police had submitted evidence implicating Paul in the Rodrigues case, but the Sharjah court order does not mention it.
