The chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), S Somanath, has decided to withhold the release of his upcoming book, titled "Nilavu Kudicha Simhangal" ("Lions that drank the moonlight"), due to controversy surrounding its content. Somanath clarified that the purpose of the book was to inspire young people and not to target anyone in particular. He expressed regret that the reported excerpts had caused unnecessary harm to former chairman K Sivan and stated that he would make a decision later regarding the book's release.
