Congress to appoint Lok Sabha Observers for Chhattisgarh polls

Union Home Minister Amit Shah criticized Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, calling him a 'pre-paid CM' of Congress. The counting of votes will take place on December 3.
