Air quality 'very poor' in Delhi
According to a numerical model-based system developed by the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology in Pune, the primary contributors to the city's deteriorating air quality are vehicular emissions (11% to 16%) and stubble burning (7% to 16%). Additionally, sources of pollution in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, are responsible for up to 14% of the capital's air pollution.
