Sewage water floods 119-year-old Fire Temple in Hyderabad, Parsi community writes to Telangana CM, Union minister

The Parsi community in India is rallying to protect a 119-year-old Fire Temple in Hyderabad that is being flooded with sewage water. The Bombay Parsi Punchayat (BPP) has written to the Telangana chief minister and the Union minister of minority affairs, urging them to intervene and protect the temple. The sewage water is contaminating the temple's holy well and causing health and hygiene issues for the 45 Zoroastrian families living in the adjacent housing complex. Efforts to resolve the issue with local authorities have been unsuccessful, prompting the community to seek higher intervention.
