Hema Upadhyay murder: Chintan appeals against conviction before Bombay HC, seeks bail
A week after being held guilty for conspiracy and abetment of his estranged and ex-wife Hema Upadhyay’s murder and sentenced to a life in prison, artist Chintan Upadhyay on October 18 filed an appeal before the Bombay high court to challenge the conviction and also filed a plea for bail pending the appeal.
