HC directs police to curb Chinese manjha accidents

The Delhi High Court has ordered the police to continue monitoring and registering cases to prevent injuries and deaths caused by the sale of banned Chinese manjha. The court noted that continuous monitoring is being carried out in wholesale and retail markets to curb the sale of Chinese manjha. The court is also considering compensation for affected individuals under the Delhi Victims Compensation Scheme. Previously, the court directed the Delhi Police to restrain the sale of Chinese manjha during the Independence Day period.
