A day after Chief Minister Nitish Kumar alleged the then Congress government at the Centre didn’t pay heed to his request for opening a Central University in Gandhi’s Champaran, his cabinet colleague Ashok Kumar Choudhary on Friday too lashed out at the previous Congress regime for ignoring the state government’s demand for granting special category status to Bihar. However, Chaudhary also blamed the Narendra Modi government for adopting a similar stand.
