Noida may allot plots via draw of lots, interviews, not e-auction
The Noida and Greater Noida authorities held an online board meeting to discuss policies for allotting industrial plots. The meeting focused on allotment through draw of lots and interviews, as well as parameters for allotment. Plots in different phases will be allotted through different methods, with e-auction being used for Phase 1 due to fewer plots. Applicants will need to deposit 10% of the total premium upfront for registration, and payment options will be available. Those applying for larger plots will need to participate in an interview. The authorities plan to formalize these decisions soon.
