LG again in Raj to purchase statues to beautify Delhi

Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena visited Rajasthan to search for artefacts and sculptures to decorate the National Capital. Saxena personally selected the pieces, worth over Rs 3 crore, and purchased them directly from artisans to ensure maximum returns for craftsmen. He aims to generate employment and income for artisans while beautifying Delhi. Saxena plans to take the artisans to Delhi to show them where their creations have been installed. Saxena has also launched initiatives to address corruption complaints and promote cleanliness in Delhi.
