INDIA parties to hold first joint rally in Bhopal next month; to start seat-sharing talks at earliest

The opposition parties under the banner of INDIA (Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance) will begin discussions on seat sharing and hold their first joint rally in October. The coordination committee, consisting of 14 parties, also decided to address the issue of caste census. The Trinamool Congress did not attend the meeting as its leader Abhishek Banerjee was called for questioning by ED. The committee has authorized its media subgroup to decide which anchors to boycott.
