Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday hit out at PM Narendra Modi urging BJP workers to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with Muslim sisters, asking if they would get rakhis tied by Bilkis Bano, who was gangraped during the 2002 Gujarat riots, or the Manipuri women who were stripped and paraded by a mob.
