‘Don’t fly kites near high-tension lines in Delhi’
City’s state transmission utility — Delhi Transco Limited — has appealed to the people of Delhi not to fly kites near high tension wires as metal-coated kite string can cause tripping in transmission lines, leading to blackout in a large area.
