Court allows man access to his son despite teen's refusal to meet him

Even as a 17-year-old college-going boy refused to meet his father who is accused in a domestic violence case and engaged in a matrimonial dispute with his mother, a magistrate's court recently said that it is in the interest and welfare of the child that he should meet him as he requires care of both parents. The magistrate also said that considering his age, the boy requires his father's mental support.
