Mumbai businessman duped of Rs 4 crore, Delhi man held
A 57-year-old Delhi-based diamond merchant who, along with two others, impersonated as a senior intelligence officer and, under the pretext of doing liasoning work from Union home department, extracted Rs 4 crore from a Mumbai-based businessman, was arrested by EOW of Mumbai police.
