Desai death: Edelweiss duo moves HC to get abetment FIR quashed
Raj Kumar Bansal, the managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) of Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd and its chairperson Rashesh Shah on Monday filed separate petitions before the Bombay high court to set aside an FIR filed against them for alleged abetment of suicide of art director Nitin Desai.
