332 polluting factories along Hindon, 220 of them in Gzb
An expert committee formed in March to identify gross polluting industries operating on the Hindon floodplains on the directions of the NGT has identified 332 such units across the seven districts through which the river flows. Of these, 220 factories are operating along the river’s banks in Ghaziabad.
