BMC Covid 'scam': EOW books former Mumbai mayor Kishori Pednekar, others
The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Mumbai police, which is investigating alleged irregularities related to the spending of money by the BMC during the Covid-19 period, registered the first FIR on Saturday in connection with the alleged purchase of body bags for the deceased Covid-19 victims.
