BMC tweaks rules to check favouritism in fire NOC
In an effort to address concerns of favoritism in the process of issuing No Objection Certificates (NOCs) by the Fire Brigade department to a hotel or a new residential or commercial building construction, the BMC has started a system of inter-randomisation, starting August 1.
