A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan was suspended and placed under ‘close arrest’ for allegedly molesting a woman at a grocery store in Manipur’s Imphal West district. The action was taken by BSF on July 20, the same day it received a complaint in this regard, backed by CCTV footage of the offence.
