Hash-brownies case: Bombay HC denies bail to youth
The HC single judge bench of Justice Anuja Prabhudessai said, the witnesses, who have allegedly purchased brownies from the accused are youngsters adding "The NDPS Act was enacted to curb this menace the HC noted finding no reason to grant bail on merits of the case."
