15 years on, Delhi's drainage master plan isn't ready yet
The recent floods in the Yamuna and waterlogging across the city earlier this month due to just two days of continuous rain have yet again exposed how ill-prepared Delhi is to handle more than average downpour and brought the focus back on the need to overhaul the city's drainage system.
