Over a span of six hours, the city was drenched with 60mm of rain, leading to waterlogged areas in crucial parts such as Vandana Talkies, Pedhya Maruti near Thane station, Bhaskar Colony, Anand Nagar on Ghodbunder road, and sections of Diva.
