Yamuna below danger mark in Delhi but rain causes waterlogging

After being in spate for eight straight days and causing the worst floods in the city in 45 years, the Yamuna started flowing below the danger mark on Tuesday, with its level at the old railway bridge recorded at 205.3 metres at 8pm.
