3 boys feared drowned at Marve jetty in Mumbai

Two boys, aged between 13 and 18, who ventured into the waters opposite the jetty at the Marve creek in Malad (West) at around 9am on Sunday, were rescued from drowning. Three other boys, who ventured into the sea one after another, are still missing. As soon as the incident was reported, Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB) teams rushed to the spot. Subsequently, divers from the Indian Navy and officials from the Coast Guard were also mobilised for the search operation. However, it is not yet clear how the boys ventured into the water.
