Twelve years after a 25-year-old woman,who had gone to the National Park in Borivli (E) with her father for a morning walk and mediation, was sexually abused by a 21-year-old student even as other walkers attempted to separate him from her, a magistrate's court recently convicted and sentenced him to one year's rigorous imprisonment (RI). The court refused to accept that he was suffering from schizophrenia at the time.
