Bandra West, Bandra East, Byculla, Dadar, and Parel have become the focal point of concern as the civic body recently finalised a dengue action plan to address escalating number of cases. Even prior to the onset of rains, Mumbai has reported nearly 400 (386) confirmed cases, accounting for 31% of all registered in state this year.
