HC to BMC: Need immediate action on open manholes
Observing that prompt action was required before the impending monsoon, the Bombay high court on Wednesday directed the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation ( BMC) to inform whether it would constitute a special cell immediately to address the problem of open manholes during monsoon.
