Why was excise policy withdrawn if it was so good, asks Delhi HC
The Delhi high court has asked former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia, who is currently in jail in connection with alleged irregularities in the city government's now withdrawn new excise policy, to provide an explanation as to why he chose to withdraw it when it was initially claimed to be "so good."
