Encroached for over 40 yrs, 7,000 sqm cleared in Noida
The Noida Authority on Wednesday demolished the illegal nurseries and shops that had cropped up on 7,110 sqm land in Sector 18. Officials said the encroachers had been squatting on the land parcel, estimated at Rs 300 crore, for the past 40 years.
