Couple moves HC over bar on donor gametes for surrogacy
A city couple has moved the Bombay high court to challenge a recent central notification that allows the use of only gametes of a couple for surrogacy and disallows donor gametes. A "single woman (widow or divorcee)" has to use "self-eggs" to avail of the procedure.
