Half of pedestrian accidents occurred while crossing road: Report
Every second pedestrian accident in India occurred while crossing roads and nearly 12% of such incidents occurred while the person was in the middle of the road, according to a report released by technology major Bosch on Monday. It has also revealed that in stretches without dividers, nearly 12% of pedestrians crossed half of the road and stopped to allow vehicles to move on the other lane.
