Excise policy manipulated to favour cartelisation of liquor trade in Delhi: CBI to HC
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday informed the Delhi high court that the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22, which has since been scrapped, was manipulated to benefit liquor trade cartelisation and monopolisation in the national capital.
