Angry over parked scooter blocking way, 2 men beat 39-year-old to death in Delhi's Shadipur
A 39-year-old scooterist was allegedly beaten to death by two youths in central Delhi's Shadipur village on Saturday night. The two suspects, who were agitated over the victim's parked scooter blocking the way for their cab on a narrow lane, have been arrested, police said.
